The challenge starts August 25th and ends 90 days later on Thanksgiving, November 23rd. The challenge has three required daily activities: Gobble, Wobble and Bottle.
Eat at least one prepped meal per day. Whether you purchase meals from us or make them yourself, eating a pre-planned and portioned meal helps keep you on track! We'll even be dropping some of our secret recipes that you can make at home!
Exercise at least 30 minutes each day. From a brisk walk to a HIIT workout, moving for 30 minutes a day can lead to significant improvements in your overall health. We'll keep you motivated throughout the challenge with fun activities (did someone say planksgiving?) and tips & tricks! Remember, consistency is key. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
Grab that water bottle and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
The last (but not least!) part of the challenge is to stay hydrated. Drink at least 64 oz or half your body weight in water. Remember that individual hydration needs can vary based on factors such as activity level, climate, age, and overall health. It's essential to listen to your body and drink water when you feel thirsty.
Keep a water bottle handy and make sipping water throughout the day a habit to reap the full benefits of staying hydrated.
